Ingredients: 250g shrimp (peeled) 3 cloves garlic 2 tbsp butter Salt & pepper Lemon juice Parsley Instructions: Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds. Add shrimp, cook 2–3 min each side. Season and add lemon juice. Sprinkle parsley and serve.

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp, cook 2–3 min each side.
  4. Season and add lemon juice.
  5. Sprinkle parsley and serve.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp or they become rubbery.
