- 8 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)
- 1 block (200 g) feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tbsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a baking dish, place cherry tomatoes and feta block in the center. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, until tomatoes burst and feta softens.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Remove the baking dish from oven and mash feta and tomatoes together to create a creamy sauce.

Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.

Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil and extra olive oil if desired.
