Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups broth
  • 1 cup cheese
  • Salt & spices

Method
 

  1. Cook chicken until golden, remove.
  2. Add rice and broth to the pan.
  3. Simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Return chicken.
  5. Add cheese and mix until melted.

Notes

Keep the pan covered for perfectly cooked rice.
