- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Add melted butter, egg, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead for 8–10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into balls.
- Place the dough balls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and serve warm.

Use instant yeast to reduce rise time.
