- Place the steak pieces in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the steak and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the steak is tender.
- Stir gently before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
