  • 2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Place the steak pieces in the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the steak and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the steak is tender.
  5. Stir gently before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For the best flavor, use sirloin steak.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
