- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, cornstarch, and water.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove and set aside.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce into the skillet and simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return broccoli to the skillet and toss everything together until coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or lime wedges if desired, then serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcook the shrimp to keep them juicy and tender.
For a gluten-free version, replace soy sauce with tamari.
Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
